Tae Young Kim (b. 1983) is a Korean saxophonist. He started his education in the Seoul National University College of Music and then he pursued higher education at the Cycle Superieur of Conservatorie a Rayonnement Regional De Cergy Pontoise and the Cycle Perfectionnement at the Conservatoire de Aulnay-Sous-Bois,  Conservatoire a Rayonnement Regional de Saint Maur and Conservatoire de musique Erik Satie. 

He has achieved outstanding results at several competition in Korea and abroad such as the competition of Seoul National University, Sungsin Waman University and Nantes.

 He is currently the saxophone professors at Myung ji University and Chung Nam University.

He has studied with Lee Sung Hwan, Jean Yves Fourmeau, Nicolas Prost and Jerome Laran.
