Yoko Igarashi is a Japanese saxophonist. She graduated from Kobe Shoin Women's university with a B.A. in English Literature and started studying the  saxophone with Asako Inoue shortly after graduating the university. She then went on to study with Otis Murphy as a performer diploma student at Indiana University.

Currently based in Kobe, Japan, she is currently enrolled at the Osaka College of Music as a postgraduate student and is active in giving saxophone concerts in that region.

She has won 5th prize in the 22nd Japan classical music competition, 3rd prize in the 15th Chokohai International competition, and got a prize in 14th Osaka international music competition.
